2. General conditions of use

Access to and use of this site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Users agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. Any misuse of the content will be the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Purchase process

The full purchase process is detailed in the “How to Buy” section.
All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated automatically before completing the order.
Shipments are made via DHL (or equivalent carriers).

Payment methods:

• Credit/debit card (VISA or MasterCard) via 3D Secure

• Bank transfer (maximum: 5 business days)

• PayPal

The order is confirmed once payment is verified. Shipments are made within 15 business days of receiving payment. In case of delay, the customer will be informed and may cancel and receive a refund.

4. Returns and exchanges

Customers have 7 calendar days from receipt to request a return or exchange.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and perfect condition.
Refunds exclude shipping costs. Exchanges for other items are possible, adjusting the price difference if necessary.

According to GDPR (EU 2016/679) and LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018), La Tienda del Jardín guarantees data confidentiality.
Data will be used only for order management, invoicing, and customer service.
