Frequently Asked Questions

Can the misting function be used without turning on the fan?

The misting system is designed to work in conjunction with the movement of the blades, since it is the airflow that is responsible for spreading and evaporating the fine mist of water optimally throughout the space.

Does the fan wet the floor or nearby furniture?

No, this fan's misting system produces ultrafine microdroplets that evaporate almost instantly upon contact with warm air, cooling the environment in a dry way and preventing puddles or annoying accumulation of humidity.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, this model has been designed to provide maximum comfort in outdoor spaces such as terraces, patios and gardens, always guaranteeing proper protection against direct exposure to torrential rain.

Is it difficult to install or set up?

It's very easy to set up. It only requires basic assembly of its components following the instructions and connecting it to a standard electrical outlet, as well as supplying water to its tank to activate the mist function.
