Vitrified pipe, 150 mm in diameter and 1 meter long, for chimneys and stoves. Maximum resistance to corrosion and high temperatures, guaranteeing optimal smoke evacuation.
Maximize the efficiency and safety of your heating system with this 150 mm x 1 meter vitreous enamelled flue pipe. Designed specifically for the proper evacuation of smoke and gases from chimneys, stoves, and boilers, this pipe is an essential component for any heating installation seeking optimal performance and exceptional durability against high temperatures and corrosion.
The vitrification process applied to this steel pipe provides a protective vitreous coating both inside and out. This technical feature guarantees superior resistance to the acidic condensates generated during combustion, preventing premature oxidation and greatly simplifying cleaning and maintenance by preventing excessive soot buildup on the pipe walls.
This flue is primarily designed for visible interior sections connecting the stove or fireplace to the ceiling or wall. While its vitreous enamel coating offers excellent weather protection, for extended exterior sections, double-walled insulated systems are recommended to prevent excessive condensation.
The design of these ducts allows for connection via a male-female mounting system. To ensure a completely secure fit and prevent smoke leaks, it is advisable to seal the joints with high-temperature refractory sealant and use clamps at each connection.
The vitreous enamel coating provides a completely smooth, non-porous surface. This significantly improves chimney draft by offering less resistance to airflow, drastically reduces creosote and soot buildup, and provides a much more elegant, dark-colored finish than shiny metal.
