Frequently Asked Questions

What type of fuel can be used in this oven?

This oven is primarily designed to run on wood, which gives food its characteristic traditional flavor and aroma, although it can also be used with charcoal depending on cooking preferences.

Is it difficult to install in the garden or on the terrace?

The oven comes pre-configured in sturdy modular pieces. Due to the weight of the refractory and insulating materials, at least two people are recommended for final assembly to ensure a firm and level base.

How does the pressure gauge help during cooking?

The pressure gauge allows you to know the exact temperature inside the cooking chamber without having to open the door, which prevents heat loss and helps to nail the exact cooking point of each recipe.

Does it require any special maintenance for outdoor use?

Thanks to its high-quality materials, it withstands weather conditions very well. It is advisable to use a waterproof protective cover during extended periods of disuse or winter to maintain its pristine appearance, looking as good as new.
