Frequently Asked Questions

Is it difficult to assemble a brick barbecue?

Installation is simple thanks to its modular system of prefabricated parts. It is recommended to use a special mortar or adhesive to fix the different concrete modules, following the assembly instructions, thus ensuring a firm and safe structure.

What fuel can be used?

This barbecue is designed to work with both traditional charcoal and firewood. Using firewood creates excellent embers for cooking all kinds of food with an unparalleled traditional flavor.

How should the grill be cleaned and maintained?

It is advisable to brush the grill with a wire brush after each use while it is still warm to remove grease and food residue. The concrete exterior requires minimal maintenance and can be cleaned occasionally with a gentle pressure washer or a damp cloth.

Does it need any additional protective treatment for winter?

Thanks to the high quality of the concrete, it withstands harsh weather conditions perfectly. However, if it is located in an area with extreme climates or severe frosts, applying a waterproofing sealant for concrete can further prolong its original aesthetic appearance.
