Two-Component Epoxy Putty with Ultra-Fast Hardening | High-Strength Repair and Adhesion
Two-component, ultra-fast hardening epoxy putty (approx. 3 minutes). Maximum strength and high adhesive power. Hardens dry or wet. Suitable for contact with drinking water. Easy to mix and apply by hand. For emergency or permanent repairs of metal or PVC pipes, water tanks, leaks in fittings, valves, and connecting pieces. Also suitable for repairing tiles, ceramics, bricks, etc. For securing bolts, screws, nails, rods, etc. Not recommended for use on polyethylene or polypropylene. Surfaces to be repaired must be free of dust, oils, or grease. Cut off the desired amount of putty and mix it by kneading with your fingers until the putty is a uniform color (gray). Apply the putty to the area to be repaired within two minutes of mixing. Press the putty into any cracks, grooves, or holes to be sealed. For better adhesion, and where possible, it is recommended to sand the surface to be repaired beforehand. For a uniform finish, rub with a damp cloth or moistened fingers. The putty has a slightly sticky texture, but it should not adhere aggressively to the fingers. To minimize stickiness, it is recommended to dust your hands with talcum powder or similar powder before kneading the putty. Remove any excess putty before it hardens. Clean with solvent. Once hardened, the putty forms an extremely strong bond and can only be removed mechanically.
