• ✔️EGG ROTATION AS IT HAPPENS IN NATURE. During the incubation phase, a microprocessor turns the eggs completely automatically, continuously changing the times and degrees of inclinations, as happens inside the nest during hatching.
• ✔️THERMO-INSULATING ABS STRUCTURE: To reduce heat loss during incubation and hatching, Lumia 16 is made of THERMAL-INSULATING ABS, making the machine solid and robust. In addition, the BIOMASTER antibacterial additive prevents bacterial proliferation on the surfaces of the machine during operation, with consequent bacterial infections in the embryo, one of the main causes of chick mortality during the hatching phase.
• ✔️WATER REFILL FROM THE OUTSIDE. Refilling takes place through two nozzles on the outside of the incubator, preventing the machine from opening and losing the humidity required for models with an inner bucket. The outer nozzles are closed with specific “Dust Stop” caps, made of ABS polymer mixed with BIOMASTER antibacterial material.
• ✔️ INSULATING VENTILATION: Internal ventilation is guaranteed by an axial fan that draws air from the centre and then guides it to the side walls. This air movement, together with a sophisticated aerodynamic design, in addition to ensuring ideal uniformity of temperature and humidity inside the incubator, generates a hot air barrier that ensures effective thermal insulation.
