Returns

  • For what reasons can I return an item?

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the products that you have purchased has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the material for return.   • What should I do if I received a wrong item?

  • What should I do if I received a defective item?

  • Before any product is defective or damaged, we ASSUME the costs of delivery of the item replacement, if the package arrives open, partially or fully write it in the form of the carrier, is the only way to claim the damage, if this is not done, NO claim may be made for the package as defective.
