Shipments and returns
As a general rule, packages are shipped the same day payment is received, through different courier companies with tracking numbers. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
The estimated delivery time is between 1 and 14 calendar days. Depending on the weight and volume, delivery may take place earlier. Small packages up to 5 kg are usually delivered within approximately 1 to 7 days.
After 14 days from the order date, if the customer no longer wishes to receive the order, they must notify the company in writing, and the order amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.
Returns
Why can I return an item?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods to return them. We offer a flexible return policy with refund or exchange, provided that the request meets the requirements described below:
You must initiate a return request by contacting our customer service via email at: pedidos@latiendadeljardin.com. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a return number and shipping instructions.
Products must be returned in their original box or packaging, in perfect condition, within 14 calendar days of receipt, and must not have been used. Include a copy of the return authorization sent by email, along with the delivery note or invoice.
Once we receive the returned items and verify them, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
Latiendadeljardin reserves the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.
In any case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the returned goods are received and verified, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
If we sent you a product different from what you ordered, Latiendadeljardin will handle the exchange and cover the shipping costs. Contact us in writing at pedidos@latiendadeljardin.com
What should I do if I received a defective item?
In the case of a defective or damaged product, we cover the costs of sending the replacement. If the package arrives partially or fully opened, please note it on the carrier’s delivery slip; otherwise, no claim can be made. All shipments are recorded on video during preparation for quality control.
How should I prepare the return package?
The returned product must be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and include a copy of the order, the invoice, and the return authorization.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive the return, verification usually takes 2–4 business days before the refund is issued.
The original packaging was lost. Can I use another one?
No, the manufacturer requires the product to be returned exactly as it left the factory.
Important Note: Any product that has been tampered with or modified is not covered by the warranty.
